Mason Quilty is the CEO and Game Design Lead of Guilty Games, driving strategic vision for the company. Before stepping into the world of game development, Mason honed his storytelling skills as a theater director and actor. His experience in stage performance and directing has given him a keen understanding of pacing, character development, and audience engagement- elements that he now applies to game design.

CTO - Code Commander

Pat Guillen is the Chief Technology Officer of Guilty Games, where he leads the company's technological vision and innovation. Pat oversees the technical architecture, infrastructure, and development strategies that power our immersive experiences. ​
